I have very dry hair and scalp and also my hair is very frizzy. Someone suggested that coconut oil will help with my hair problems. I started using it as a night time hair mask and wash my hair in the morning. It leaves my hair soft and silky. Also very much frizz free. I also add a few drops of oil in my damp hair an it gives me a silky finish when I blow dry my hair. I also started using it as a moisturizer to my knees and legs. Both my knees and legs are extremely dry and look like cracked skin. After using coconut oil for a few days, my skin feels soft and moisturized.
