I am more of a meat and potatoes kind of person. I want to lose weight and eat healthy. Who doesn't these days? When I heard of Vegetarian Quick & Easy (Under 15 Minutes) cookbook, I did not believe it. How can I force the people in my life to eat healthy, vegetarian food. There is no guarantee that it would be tasty and it can never match to the taste of processed food. I am not an expert cook. I like easy cooking. I was sure that this cook book will have elaborate directions using un-heard of ingredients.
I was surprised after receiving the e-book. There are more than 100 recipes with different sub-topics. Each recipe uses around 5-6 common ingredients which are easily available in each and every home and less than 6 steps for each recipe. The directions are really easy to make and some of the recipes include pictures. They are different types of breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, dessert, soups and juice recipes in the book. The directions are very clear and easily understandable even to a novice cook. This is one of the best books to have in every home. The Author of the book is Jonathan Vine.
